This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the payment gateway services provided on the website . By accessing or using the payment gateway or related services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using the payment gateway services.

 

 

1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

This agreement and all transactions undertaken through the website www.leerocare.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or transactions conducted through this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune maharashtra India.

 

 

2. Payment Terms

 

1. Payment Gateway Integration
   Leero Care offers secure online payment services via third-party payment gateway providers that comply with the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 and guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

2. Payment Methods

   • Leero Care accepts payments via major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other methods as made available through the payment gateway.

   • All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

3. Authorization and Billing
   By initiating a transaction, you authorize Leero Care and the payment gateway provider to process the transaction and debit the payment amount from your selected payment method.

4. Taxes and Charges
   The total amount payable will include the applicable product price, GST, and delivery charges, if any. All taxes are charged as per applicable Indian laws.

5. Receipt of Payment
   Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS, which will serve as proof of payment.

 

 

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

1. Refunds
   Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

   • If a damaged, defective, or incorrect product has been delivered.

   • If the product ordered is unavailable or undeliverable, Leero Care will initiate a refund.

2. Refunds will be processed via the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days of claim approval.

3. Cancellation
   Orders can be canceled only if they have not been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact Leero Care Customer Support at Leerocare@gmail.com .in within 24 hours of placing the order. 

 

 

4. Security and Fraud Prevention

 

1. Data Encryption
   All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to ensure data security.

2. Fraud Detection
   Leero Care reserves the right to validate the authenticity of all payment transactions. Transactions suspected of fraud will be flagged, and Leero Care may cancel such orders and take legal action if required.

3. User Responsibility

   • Ensure that your bank details, card details, or UPI PIN are not shared with any unauthorized individual.

   • Leero Care will not be responsible for any fraudulent transactions caused by your negligence.

 

 

5. Limitation of Liability

 

1. Payment Gateway Service Issues
   Leero Care uses third-party payment gateway services. We are not liable for any errors, interruptions, or delays caused by these services.

2. Unsuccessful Transactions
   If a payment fails or is interrupted, the amount, if deducted, will be refunded by the payment gateway provider as per their policies. Leero CareLuxe Allure will not be liable for delays in refund processing by third-party providers.

User Agreement

 

1. Compliance with Indian Law
   By using the payment gateway, you confirm compliance with Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007.

2. Prohibited Activities
   You agree not to use the payment gateway for:

   • Fraudulent transactions.

   • Transactions violating Indian laws, including those related to money laundering or gambling.

   • Transactions exceeding legal limits imposed by the RBI.

3. Indemnity
   You agree to indemnify and hold Leero Care harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the misuse of the payment gateway

 

 

8. Disclaimer 

 

1. Leero Care will not be liable for:

   • Delays caused by payment gateway issues or banking networks.

   • Unauthorized access or breach of data beyond Leero Care control.

    •        2.    Leero Care reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The latest terms will be posted on www.leerocare.com , and your continued use of the payment gateway constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
